Would have given 0 stars if that was an option. Hands down the WORST customer service I’ve ever seen, and they seriously lack basic common sense. I went in to get my debit card with two valid pieces of photo ID, yet the rep refused them because “we don’t have these on your account.” Excuse me? The ID they had on file was an old Ontario license I transferred to Alberta years ago. So apparently, in their world, I need to keep flipping my driver’s license back and forth between provinces just to satisfy their nonsense. Instead ... read more

Didn’t had enough money in the branch for small withdrawal.
