Very worst Scotiabank branch ever. Olena Chukhlib is the worst than worst
If I could give 0 I would. The manager Olena could care less about helping anyone. The customer service I’ve experienced here over the past couple of years has been the worst I’ve experience ANYWHERE. They won’t contact you when they’re supposed to, They don’t answer calls from other Scotiabank customer service reps for duties only they can do in office and Olena is so incredibly unpleasant and unhelpful that neither my husband or myself has been able to deal with her and recieve a positive outcome.
