I visited this location for a straightforward currency exchange, expecting the same level of service I’ve received at other Scotiabank branches where I hold a business account. Unfortunately, the teller and manager, Steven, were unhelpful and caused unnecessary delays, preventing me from seeking assistance at another branch before closing time. The manager’s attitude was particularly disappointing—rude and dismissive—despite my understanding of company policies. First time visit to this bank, and last.

Worst customer service ever I experienced. Rude, mean especially the manager named Steven. Won't visit that branch again even if it is the last bank which is not closed.

"why is the bank closed?" This is a major inconvenience and the management team really needs to look into this. You cannot post business hours and then not follow it.

Returning emails, calls in a timely manner. I feel very brushed off after investing money with Scotia. I was told it was RRSP season... And that I was very lucky to get in. Other clients are important also. Very disappointed. Will not be staying with Scotia for much longer.

Garbage branch. I booked an appointment couple of days back and the bank manager calls me 1 hour before the appointment that she has a conflict of time. Obviously you don’t want my business. And then I get a call from business advisor who says that I was not at the branch. Cmon you guys. Get hold of the situation. This is the second time this has happened with Scotia bank. Not going back ever. Have some ethics. Imagine what the other staff does when the manager herself is setting this as an example.
