I want to recognize Bibi for the great support she gave me during my appointment last week. I came in to talk about my investment, but she took the time to look at my whole situation and helped me understand what was really going on with my account. Her advice was clear, sincere, and genuinely caring. I also really like this branch as every time I visit since 2016 the staff show real concern and strong knowledge. Bibi is a perfect example of that.
I had an excellent experience working with Kumar. He was extremely attentive, took the time to understand my situation, and communicated clearly at every step. Complex banking issues were explained in a straightforward way, and he stayed proactive until the challenge was fully resolved. Professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful—I would highly recommend him.
