Worst experience ever. Wanted to deposit cash into my dad's account. He is 94. The teller said they don't except cash iys considered 3rd party and to etransfer. He's 94yrs old. What ??? The guy was so rude I just walked out. I work across the street and would never recommend this bank. Shame on you guys!
This branch was by far the better locations I have visited. They helped with my everyday banking needs that other branches would of treated me unprofessionally. Thank you for not treating me as a number and caring about my needs as a client. I am definitely coming back for another visit.
Very poor customer service. It's taken over 4 visits (and almost 2 months) to the branch just to get a replacement card sent out
-Promotions JUST for new customers (when you oppen services they dont tell you properly the promotions and the conditions, I missed 2 promotions at this branch for lack or misleading information). -constant change of advisors, every new advisor will call you for an appointment to "update" information.
