Poor experience withdrawing the money from the branch and closing the account. Half of the transactions can’t be complete without a debit card having an ID. Couldn’t close an account in time and been charged extra fees for full month instead of a pro-rated fee because it’s “Scotia’s policy and I can’t do anything about it”.
One of the best branch of Scotiabank. Usman and Hadia were great. I had a smooth experience.

Worst experience ever. Wanted to deposit cash into my dad's account. He is 94. The teller said they don't except cash iys considered 3rd party and to etransfer. He's 94yrs old. What ??? The guy was so rude I just walked out. I work across the street and would never recommend this bank. Shame on you guys!
