Came on October 18th at 12pm for a few questions. Lady was extremely rude asking me "what do you want from me" after just asking about a credit card. Had multiple experiences like this, change your bank before it's too late.
On Tuesday, October 8th, I visited this branch to make a deposit into my account since I did not have my card and couldn’t use the ATM. Unfortunately, the teller who assisted me was unfriendly, unprofessional, and appeared poorly trained, as they were unable to answer basic questions. It’s disappointing to see a major institution like Scotiabank has allowed its service standards to decline so much. I hope management takes steps to improve staff training and the overall customer experience.
I went into this branch to pay off a line of credit and a visa as a condition of a new mortgage. The teller was incompetent and did not know how to do this. Instead of admitting this, she told me this was impossible. I then went to another branch and they were able to do it for me with no issues.
