You ask for a manager, the person answering who doesn't speak English, doesn't understand the word manager. They don't understand the word complaint. I swear they thow it in the trash when theybtake it?! Avoid Scotiabank like the Plague!! Worst CDN Bank to be ever in business! IMO!
