Horrible experience with KAI came in to pay my past due for car loan and he had the audacity to give unsolicited opinions about my personal finances!!! Employee like him should be fired!
If I could, I would give 0 stars for this branch for sure. I went to this branch on July 7 to deposit cash using their ATM. The machine swallowed my money and printed an error receipt. I called the number on the receipt, and the agent told me to find an advisor inside the branch. She said they would open the machine and return the money right away. What a horrible experience with Kai and the other with no name tag, no smile, no greet. Managers should have a conversation with them.
Poor quality service if you’re waiting in line to do a deposit. Management doesn’t seem to care if people wait or not. What a surprise: it’s a bank.
