Poor quality service if you’re waiting in line to do a deposit. Management doesn’t seem to care if people wait or not. What a surprise: it’s a bank.
Tried to withdraw money from from my cash investment account and was told they couldn't do it. Went to the ScotiaBank in Bridlewood and the first teller I went to was able to do it. Avoid this branch as they can't do simple transactions.
I am not surprised at all that they have 2 star reviews. If my location is at 2 start i will probably close that. There were only 2 people ahead of me in line but it took 50 minutes to get to the counter that’s insane. Employees faces were already filled up with frustration. Were taking forever to call the next person in line. Never had this type of experience. I don’t put google review much but i had to for this one. Hope this feedback will wake up the management to take some actions to make service better.
Do NOT invest here. I told them to withdraw and sell my mutual funds in March because I knew there would be major movement from the US. These incompetent financers delayed it a WHOLE MONTH to execute my sale and guess what happened in April? THE STOCK CRASHED. Now I'm down 10% simply because of their tardiness and who knows what they were doing twiddling their thumbs and single brain cell. I will NEVER put my money or recommend anything from scotia EVER AGAIN.
There is NOTHING MORE FRUSTRATING than trying to reach anyone over the phone or in person at Scotia. I'm actually going to cancel my mortgage through you bc it is so infuriating to speak to anyone. The absolute worst customer service
