Disappointed but not surprised by the poor service at this branch. I visited to close my account and unfortunately encountered an issue. The staff member assisting me lacked the necessary information to complete the request, even when I tried to help by accessing my mobile banking. Absolutely useless service if you're a tangerine client, not even willing to help you for a basic currency exchange??
Long waiting always. There are only 2 front desk advisors and other advisors seeing the line and just getting back in their office to avoid helping. 0/10 for teamwork 0/10 for quickness A person should only visit this branch if they literally have nothing to do that day. They will make u wait endlessly for a simple transaction. Easy 25 mins waited today for a simple deposit transaction as their atms don't work efficiently like their branches. Lack of accountability, for people waiting.
Horrible experience with KAI came in to pay my past due for car loan and he had the audacity to give unsolicited opinions about my personal finances!!! Employee like him should be fired!
