The filipina lady in the wicket is not professional in handling inquiries about the products the bank is offering. Does not want to answer inquiries about new to canada thing and so unhappy in doing her job as a teller or whatever. So disappointing . Study again on your trainings in how to handle customer inquiries with care and RESPECT please.
Disappointed not well explained the products and employees not friendly
I am extremely disappointed with the level of incompetence and lack of professionalism at this branch. Every time I call the bank, the staff confidently give me information and assure me that everything can be handled if I come in person. However, when I actually arrive at the branch, no one seems to know anything, and they are unable to help with even basic requests. Service from the teller of this branch is poor… His face looks like I owe him money. There was no greetings no any client service behavior. Is the branch manager on holidays or the service from Scotiabank is always like that? One thing I’m pretty sure about is I’m gonna close my personal account there. You guys don’t deserve my business.
Disappointed but not surprised by the poor service at this branch. I visited to close my account and unfortunately encountered an issue. The staff member assisting me lacked the necessary information to complete the request, even when I tried to help by accessing my mobile banking.
