The women who work there are rude. Always rude. There is such a lack of customer service. They all should be fired immediately and replaced with better!
I love Scotiabank but when they make things difficult they are hard to deal with!! Like how are you supposed to cancel your bankcard without ID? My poor brother lost his wallet with his everything in there ID alberta heath & such & they weren't caring as they proclaimed to be... family netch well treat us like it idk I'm thinking of changing banks but then again idk the only thing I like is collecting points for movies... that's the only positive out of them... anyways hope you all have a good day

Very bad customer service, to do a Wire Transfer took me more than 4 weeks just because one of the teller didn’t guide me properly, they all seem not know or answer questions properly, this delay wire transfer costed money and many other problems. Don’t go to this branch please.
Always received the help I needed, every time. Period.
