Tried calling there line can never get through terrible bank
Completely absurd customer service … waited for 5 minutes to be assisted … too busy training staff instead of helping customers … I was the only one there … made me wait … I even told home I need a new bank card couldn’t care less. Im 5 mins walk from this branch and I had to drive downtown to get service
