I had an appointment at 10, but when I came they said your adviser is not here, I have single day off, I do plans to my day off, and because of this people I have to change all my plans, don’t recommend this branch Edit: Worst branch
This review is for their Home Financing Advisor, Norbert Sajko, who provided us with incredible service. We ultimately decided to stay with our current bank to renew our mortgage, but this was in no way due to Norbert.
The individuals I spoke to in the branch are Great but the individuaIs I spoke to following my visit to the branch to see if my new ScotiaCard had arrived had to be repeated to several times. In the end I terminated the card as they could not comprehend what I was inquiring about! It was a simply request if my new card had arrived at the branch as we did not want the card to be sent to our residence and remain in our mail box all month.
