this is the worst scotiabank we’ve ever experienced, i went to the bank to get the bank statement of my husband i did understand that they wouldnt let me and the manager said he can do the teams meeting with my husband and gave his card and my husband emailed him but not even a single answer, my husband came there and they charged $15 for bank statement? I went to the other scotiabank and asked for my bank statement and there was no charge. The manager was ignorant and the staff’s doesn’t even try to help you.
Turned away trying to deposit cash into my account because I did not have my debit card with me. Went to RBC.
