Went in for a business transaction and said good morning to the teller — no response at all. Not rude, just completely silent the whole interaction. She asked me to sign/write something but there was no pen offered, and overall there was zero customer service — no smile, no small talk, nothing. When I said thank you at the end, still not a word back.
