Ever been to a bank that won’t break a bill. You must be a client if Scotia Bank to get a bill broken. Stood in line with 3 tellers and only one working for 5 mins to be told they don’t break bills. I can assure you this won’t be a bank I ever get an account with.
Money 2 days late staff never signed for a fedx delivery so he left only 2 tellers on balance of staff having coffee
This is what happened to me at this bank branch today. I showed up physically and had my ID with me, but I couldn't withdraw money from my account because I didn't have my debit card.
I am surprised at the negative reviews because my experience here has been the exact opposite. I started banking here when I moved to McKenzie Towne in July 2025. I do most of my banking online or from the ATM, so when I do go in, it is because I actually need a teller or to see the bank manager, Andrea Timmons.
