Big waisting of time. No one never ever pick up phone calls, not answering to customer call center. No call appointment returned, never call back. Managers don't know what they are doing. Front desk put e transfers to hold with no explanation.... Very very very bad service. No more options but close accounts and move to another bank.
Staff very friendly took there time with customers
The staff they welcome you with the smile face and are ready to help you. With my experience, they have a best manager.
Every time I go To this place, there’s a huge line, one teller open and the line doesn’t move. Today I came here twice, both times had a few people in front of me, one teller open. Both times after 15 minutes and not one person had moved in line I left. Id give this place 0 stars for customer service if I could
Waste of time. Asked to speak to branch manager, was told to wait around for 30 minutes- no problem. After 1 hour and 15 minutes somebody comes out and says branch manager is too busy. Worst customer service ever!! Avoid this location unless you want a headache and to waste your day.
