Terrible location with untrained staff. I rarely leave negative reviews but this location genuinely needs to train their staff. New account opened with Scotia and they froze it on activation. I got stranded in a shopping center. I didn't even get my scene card as they made an error when creating an account.
This branch is Worst Scotiabank, I am not sure if they took the course or not !!!!! I scheduled a meeting with Mr Cole regarding about my Mortgage , but despite sending an email and calling multiple times , I haven’t received a response from him .
Good service. Usually not busy. Quiet atmosphere.
I will give Jake Bregolisse more than 5 stars he is an amazing person and very helpful since I walked in he makes me feel very happy and comfortable thank you so much for your time
