Very friendly bank teller, though a bit extra verification than usual but that's alright she went above and beyond to give me a proof of address stamped with the branch and her signature. So really quick and easy with no lineups during a Saturday afternoon.

Terrible location with untrained staff. I rarely leave negative reviews but this location genuinely needs to train their staff. New account opened with Scotia and they froze it on activation. I got stranded in a shopping center. I didn't even get my scene card as they made an error when creating an account.
This branch is Worst Scotiabank, I am not sure if they took the course or not !!!!! I scheduled a meeting with Mr Cole regarding about my Mortgage , but despite sending an email and calling multiple times , I haven’t received a response from him .
