Horrible service, staff is rude.
THEIR REVIEW ARE 100% GENUINE I recently visited the Scotiabank branch on 17th Avenue with a certified trustee cheque from my lawyer. Instead of receiving proper service, I was treated very rudely by the branch manager, Nida. She told me I could not get my funds right away and acted as if I wasn’t even a customer, even though I’ve done the exact same transactions at Scotiabank before without any problem. Went into this location today and left crying, frustrated and feeling let down by the workers. Offering no help, no direction and left on my own to figure out a bank problem. If I operated this way in my own job I would be disgusted and a huge disappointment.
