This bank (at least this branch) cares NOTHING about its clients. Its very evident from the last 2 times we renewed our mortgage. All they told us of the things we asked was what we couldn't do. Never offered ANY advice on how they could help us pay off our mortgage faster and/or more efficiently. How we could help ourselves....Its clear they only have their own interests at heart. Worst banking experience I’ve had. The staff and the branch manager were completely unprofessional. I was left feeling frustrated and disappointed with how they handled my concerns. I ultimately decided to close my account and take my business elsewhere. Would not recommend this branch.
This location is dreadful. They have terrible customer service IF you can even get inside. They are closed during regular operating hours (wich are garbage to begin with) constantly and the ATMs are closed more often than not. You wait in line for something and they refuse to help you, tell you to call the customer service line, and then the customer service line tells you, you have to go into the branch. I can't take time off work to bank....Do better Scotiabank. I'm switching banks because of this.
