I had a very disappointing experience with a staff member named Takashi Rey Alarcio at Scotia Bank. He instructed me to open an account via phone and assured me multiple times that I could continue using my previous debit card. Unfortunately, this was not true, and I could not withdraw money from an ATM or use the card anywhere over the long weekend. I emailed him explaining the issue, but I never received a response. I went to this branch of Scotiabank as I had several issues with my card and account access. I was helped out by a young gentleman whose name was Kiaan and he was really helpful and professional, and his guidance was clear and thorough, and all my issues were sorted within a few minutes. An overall great experience. SV
can you guys please just fix the outdoor atm machine, everything else at this branch is fine - just fix that machine. never accepts any cash & takes so much time to load
ATM doesn't work and the tellers dont work either
