ATM doesn't work and the tellers dont work either
Do something! All reviews are either 1 or max two stars. Rude people and not willing to help me. Your answering machine says you are open until 5:00pm. I came in 4:02. You didn’t allow me to get in. The Indian rude lady. Unbelievable. I’m your customer for 15 years. Shame on you.
Came in 2 separate visits and both times had Christina B helping us. Christina is very nice and friendly and would look in to the terms and conditions of my inquiries to ensure understanding. Very patient and kind, she also helped my daughter setup her first youth account as well. Ample parking, conveniently located. Bank itself could use some update. 5 stars for Christina
Closed tight. ATM doors locked and drive thru not working. Ended up getting cash from Cincinnati and paid $4.50. Not happy ☹️
