Charged me 16.95 to close my chequing account! After my monthly fees just came out.
Very disappointed with the service at this branch. I explained that my debit card was not working properly, but the staff refused to replace it and said I needed a “solid reason” to get a new one. Since I was having issues using my card, I felt that should have been reason enough. I later visited another branch, and they replaced my card immediately without any problems.
