Very disappointed with the service at this branch. I explained that my debit card was not working properly, but the staff refused to replace it and said I needed a “solid reason” to get a new one. Since I was having issues using my card, I felt that should have been reason enough. I later visited another branch, and they replaced my card immediately without any problems. Very disappointing customer service at this Scotiabank branch. Several tellers were walking around, talking to one another, or simply watching while customers waited. One teller spent approximately 30 minutes assisting a single customer, yet no one else stepped in to help reduce the lineup.
