If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. This branch is shockingly unprofessional and incredibly inefficient. All I wanted was to close my safety deposit box, and it took 2.5 hours. I was passed around between multiple employees, and every single time they made me re-verify my information like they had no system in place. BEWARE SMOKE AND MIRROR MISREPRESENTATION. The management team at Scotiabank Beddington has agreed that even though their team members misrepresent their contracts and the terms, there will be no reproductions or consequences. They will take ages to complete any documentation, will lie to your face regarding what you are agreeing to, and will deflect any responsibility. If you enjoy shady car dealership tactics, or not having emails relied to, this is the place for you to bring your finances.
Had to get supervisor okay to deposit a bank cheque. Very embarrassing.
