The Bennington branch is the worst Scotiabank branch, they allowed my brother to have a POA even though the paperwork he had was not proper, not drawing a red flag. I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service I received from Scotiabank. While I was 9 months pregnant, I was trying to apply for a credit card and was working with a representative named Benafsha. Despite having a full-time job and a stable income, the process dragged on for over two months, and I was still not approved. Unbelievable. I have no idea why my father would want to deal with a bank with such poor service as the Scotiabank. Beddington and Willowbrook mall in Langley. I am the POA for my father and nothing but runarounds and no replies to emails or calls back. Simple transactions take weeks. Simple set ups of accounts AFTER being provided proper documentation... you guessed it, weeks. and the most annoying part is again, no replies.
