Incompetent and slow. Embarrassing being considered a branch lol.
Manager there doesn’t even want to work. They told me to go to my own branch because they were too lazy to call the department 30 minute before closing time. Dont waste your time going there.
I had a very disappointing experience with a staff member named Takashi Rey Alarcio at Scotia Bank. He instructed me to open an account via phone and assured me multiple times that I could continue using my previous debit card. Unfortunately, this was not true, and I could not withdraw money from an ATM or use the card anywhere over the long weekend. I emailed him explaining the issue, but I never received a response. Put in a request for a new credit card only to find out two weeks later the lady at the front desk never actually did it. Waste of time, try training your staff before you leave them at the front desk
