More than 40min standing here. 3 spaces and only 1 people attending the public. There are more than 10 people in line waiting, and still... 40min have passed since I entered and they only took 2 people...
only branch that still allows overnight atm usage because its physically outside the branch, cant speak on the staff or quality of service inside the bank at all but if you cant make it to the McLeod drive thru this is your only other option unless you want to be met with locked doors and taped over card readers with a sign telling you to come here instead. scotiabank has been going downhill for a long time but at least this place will let you make a deposit on weekends or after hours, at other banks thats NORMAL PRACTICE, b... read more
Convenient location.
This is really frustrating. During one of the busiest times of the day, they’ve only got one person working even though they know that around noon is when most people need to come in during their lunch breaks. Every time I drop by it’s a least more than an hour wait. Every other branch I go to someone will greet and assist when they see a long line.
