Amazing service from Jonquil! She was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. She made sure all my questions were answered and went above and beyond to make my visit comfortable and easy. Scotiabank is lucky to have her!
This has been some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The branch and call center give conflicting information, communication is nonexistent, and staff attitudes are consistently poor. Managers are impossible to reach, and voicemails go unanswered.
