ATM Works!
I take my pride in my finances and try to min max accounts. I went in twice. There were no greeters which is fine, but then its an awkward experience. If you have an appointment, but you have to stand in the teller line to wait for assistance. Both times the line was at least 5 people long. I had minimal experience with tellers. I can't say they were rude, but after waiting a half an hour I can understand why small inconveniences may translate to rude teller experiences. I met with an advisor. The lady sitting at the front, i dont know her name, but she is so rude, i needed bank statements for travelling purposes, and they needed stamps on documents, first she stamped it wrong instead of 12 june she stamped it for 21st and when i went back again, she raised her voice and started yelling, horrible customer service before banking they should teach them proper social etiquette and how to deal with a customer.
Awful service! This morning (May 23, 2025), the employee in the middle of the Desk couldn't help me to pay my husband's credit card payment. She just kept repeating the same sentence, and didn't want to listen to me. I paid my husband's credit card 2 weeks ago in this branch, but unfortunately today she didn't want to help me with that except talking and wasting my time. It was very disappointing for their service and attitude. Don't want to come back here, and plan to change the bank.
Don't bother using the ATM here, 90% of the time the screen doesn't work, the screen is broken or the buttons are to sticky to work (gross and hazardous), the only ATM around that denies cash deposits (literally, go down to Brookfield and try, it works just fine), and sometimes you have to fight it to get your card back.....this ATM needs to be removed, it's been this way for years....waste of scotia banks money, and everyone's time.
