I’ve been to this branch over 10 times, and the service is consistently terrible. There’s often a line of 6+ people waiting while staff at the counter stand around chatting (not helping anyone) with no urgency or interest in helping customers. The branch manager clearly needs to step up — the reviews for this location are awful, and it’s been the same poor service for over two years. Terrible experience every single time!
Nightmare branch
Writing this from my wifes account as it is important to recognize Labeeba for the outstanding service she gave. My wife speaks Persian and needed assistance with a fraud transaction and nobody at this branch wanted to help. The staff mostly spoke another language and were laughing in the back which is very rude and disrespectful. team needs to learn from her
The staff don’t seem interested in helping customers at all — they’re too busy chatting among themselves or pretending to look busy. I waited for assistance and got completely ignored. On top of that, the security guard keeps pacing up and down like a bee, which gave me a serious headache. The atmosphere is chaotic, unprofessional, and stressful. I’m never coming back to this branch again. Total waste of time.
Terrible customer service. The tellers are not helpful and rude. They speak in other languages between them in front of customers. This is very unprofessional.
