Simran is the best associate, she is extremely funny and brightened my mood with her fantastic smile. If you need help with anything she is quick and efficient. 10/10 experience thanks to Simran.
Would have given zero if there was an option… First of all, zero customer service. The girl with curly hairs at the front did not know what to do… Lol this is the first branch that ever told me that they cannot help. How come I have been getting the same help from other branches. A brown lady with curly hair and Simranpreet are extremely unprofessional. I went to their branch last week; got no response back to my greetings from Simran. She was sitting on her chair the whole time and had a chair in front of her for her clients too that she never offered. She was extremely slow in her work and rude.
