Extremely slow at doing anything
I recently visited the branch for a joint account setup with an appointment with fin. advisor Sook Hee Sookie Kim. We had a wonderful experience with her. She walked us through all the information available and guided us on how we can get the most out of the Scotiabank products. This was my first time chatting with a rep who was friendly and actually acted as a "financial advisor".
