Went to this branch to make a demand draft, a teller named Joshua attended me. I had Bank information, Beneficiary name, Transit number, account and whatever was needed and showed him on screen, but he was unable to make a simple bank draft. He was confused in 'interest' and in 'in-transit'. He wrote in-transit on piece of paper and pronunciation was interest. Trouble bank ever seen.
I saw their low review & dig in to check why I found my self there This was a review I put long time ago , forgot even visiting them but I had to visit them cause I have some transactions with them 🤷 After I left the branch the branch I found an email that says my bank account temporarily restricted 1 year ago ! I had appointment to switch from other bank to Scotia @ this branch, I receiving was shocking.
