Yes! I did take my time to write a bad review about the “service” in this Scotiabank branch, I’ve been here so many times and always had a really good experience, until today! “ Kesher” i hoped that’s his name, attended me and he had a very rude attitude. I work for consumer services and this is not the actitud that a costumer would like to experience.
I had a in-bank meeting with a representative and they said they would setup a online meeting with the financial advisor specialist. It has been about a month with no checkbacks or courtsey email. I had sent an email reminding the bank representative and they said they would remind the specialist and now 2 more weeks have passed by. Extremely poor and unprofessional bank.
Their ATM is out of service far too often. Either the machine doesn’t accept deposits or doesn’t withdraw. Who ever is in charge of the ATM machine you know you are fully aware of this mishaps. Seriously, fix your machine!
One of the friendlier and more efficient Scotiabank locations I've been to.
Went here to get a replacement card. One of the tellers, Max, was really helpful and was able to help sort things out very quickly. Thanks!
