There was a little mix up when I went to pick up a credit card sent to this location , which took time out of my day I didn’t really have. As I was also dealing with a lot of other life things, I got teary with the extra frustration. The staff were caring in the circumstance which meant a lot, especially with the difficult day I was having.
Guy working here today told me he couldn’t call the banks fraud department on his behalf. But they said he should have been able to. Totally discriminatory.

"This is the worst bank I have used in my entire life! They discriminate against you here and treat you like they do not want your business at all. I came here to make a larger transaction regarding my taxes; however, it was still nothing out of the ordinary. After I left, the tellers (without letting me know) decided to cancel my debit card. Absolutely awful bank, the worst of all banks in Canada. I closed my account and they charged me $16.95 to close it. Do not sign up at this bank, there are other options
