"This is the worst bank I have used in my entire life! They discriminate against you here and treat you like they do not want your business at all. I came here to make a larger transaction regarding my taxes; however, it was still nothing out of the ordinary. After I left, the tellers (without letting me know) decided to cancel my debit card. Absolutely awful bank, the worst of all banks in Canada. I closed my account and they charged me $16.95 to close it. Do not sign up at this bank, there are other options
Negative zero… This is, without a doubt, the most disappointing Scotiabank branch in British Columbia. The staff demonstrate a lack of willingness to help or even problem solve with customers when it matters the most. I would recommend visiting the Brentwood Mall location instead. I have even contemplated closing my account due to the poor service I continue to receive at this location.
Went to close my chq account with balance still remaining. There was a service charge of $30.95 to close. TAKE ALL OF YOUR MONEY OUT BEFORE CLOSING!!!!
