Awful service. It’s shocking how difficult Scotiabank makes it to do business with them.
They charged me 16.95 as a service charge. When I opened the account last month, they said there is no monthly fee for the newcomers.
There was a little mix up when I went to pick up a credit card sent to this location , which took time out of my day I didn’t really have. As I was also dealing with a lot of other life things, I got teary with the extra frustration. The staff were caring in the circumstance which meant a lot, especially with the difficult day I was having.
