You need to either service your ATMs or replace them. I have never made a deposit that I didn’t have to use more than one machine to complete.
Horrible hours for people who work, Monthly fees are outrageous, can't access mobile banking because card expired and no new one sent. Will be going back to Royal Bank
They lied to me about fixing their mistake. It took over a month and a half to figure it out. And I had to nag them non-stop. And call the 1-800 number to force themi nto fixing it.
