Great branch friendly staff that overall seem happy to be there and help you. I recently saw an advisor there who was excellent and very helpful. She took her time and we reviewed numerous investment options until I found the right one for me.

I had such a wonderful experience at the Scotiabank in Brooklin today. Elaine and the gentleman working at the front he was wearing a green shirt and had locs went above and beyond to help me. I unfortunately didn’t catch his name, but I really hope the branch can identify him because both he and Elaine deserve to be recognized. My review is for the drive-thru ABM. On Saturday, I was in Brooklin being a tourist. I noticed this Scotiabank in the same plaza as the Dollarama that I had shopped at. I decided to deposit some cash at the drive-thru ABM. If you have a Tangerine chequing account, you can deposit and withdraw money at any Scotiabank ABM. The drive-thru entrance is next to A&W's. If you look at how often I come here lucky if it’s once a year customer service is terrible. I hate this bank. Once I get everything settled, everything will be coming out and shut down.
