I had a very bed experience with with woman who wanted to open up a bank account for me that woman behaved me like I'm a criminal so disappointed very unprofessional and lack of respect
Had an old line of credit here and couldnt deposit a cheque at a different bank(bmo across the road) Went here and was able to cash it no issues
This branch might as well close up shop and shut down!!!! The customer service INSIDE the branch is near non-existent. Staff are oblivious and rude! I’ve tried to avoid going inside for years. Aside from that EACH AND EVERY TIME I try to use the ABM at this location it NEVER WORKS. I’ve had to go in and activate a NEW card for no damn good reason. ONLY to have the same problem AGAIN.
