I spoke with Brett M. He's an amazing financial advisor that helped me with every question that I had. I look forward to workingnwith him again.
The worst experience ever. Every person including the supervisor has zero knowledge of what they are doing. Telling me that wait while I assist others first and then you because they don’t know how to help me with that , is that the way you talk to customers?? !! And the supervisor the lady is worst at her job really arrogant. Not friendly at all. Not willing to help a customer waited quite long and nothing worked out. THE WROST AND HORRIBLE
Least knowledgeable staff I've ever encountered across any industry. From the top down, unfortunately.
