I had a phone appointment set up for today with Chris H. at this location and the time slot has come and gone with no call or follow up e-mail. Very unprofessional.
Just did a walk in appointment and was introduced to Sarah Al-kayali for opening up few retail accounts. She was very pleasant to speak with, informative on the questions I asked about accounts and the overall process was super fast. Spoke with branch manager and the teller staff and they were also helpful. Overall good experience, so not sure about other peoples frustration. I’d recommend this branch.
Avoid all costs this location. Useless employees. Even though bank is completely empty they won’t help you right away. Glad this branch is closing.
