It’s no surprise this branch has such low reviews. sarah al-kayali at scotiabank has been the most awful financial advisor I have worked with. She sold me a credit card knowing I was to travel - and provided me NO information at all. She was quick to sell me the card and check my credit but failed to tell me vital information about the card. If I could give a negative star. Gurpreet Bharaj was rude and was giving an attitude, asking me questions in the name of trying to figure out what has happened despite telling her contact centre could not verify me. What incompetence!!! Not sure how you're trying to help when I came to cancel my credit card. It has been such a pain to cancel my credit card, long contact centre wait times and worst customer service at the branch. Beware going in there.
Hello folks, please try to go to any other branch. Folks at this branch don’t know how to do their stuff. I got one experience; you better be cautious.
