I had a very disappointing experience at this bank. The customer service was unprofessional and unfriendly. The employee assisting us appeared annoyed throughout the interaction and was making facial expressions that made us feel unwelcome. Instead of providing helpful and courteous service, it felt as though she did not want to be there or assist customers. My money was stucked at this ATM and I have been there for help. They didn’t helped me, they are saying that it’s 3rd party and we have to wait for them. It’s not our problem that you are operating with 3rd party. They dont care about our time and value. I would give them 0 star if google allows me
Customer service zero. I had an appointment scheduled with Harleen Bhatia at 12:30 PM. I arrived on time and waited until 1:00 PM. During that time, the security officer informed her twice that I was waiting for my scheduled appointment. At approximately 1:00 PM, Ms. Bhatia arrived but proceeded to serve another client who had a 1:00 PM appointment. I think he is same community.
