There atm machines are really bad dont deposit or withdraw right amount dont use them and the employee did not deal properly
Terrible experience at this branch. I went in to transfer my own funds, provided all the necessary IDs, and answered every question they asked. After all that, they still refused to process the transfer and told me to go back to the branch where I originally opened my account, and I had my toddler with me. Completely inconvenient and unacceptable—why should I have to run around just to access my own money? Extremely frustrating and disappointing service by the lady
I had the worst experience at this branch today. I went to collect my credit card but they refused to give it out saying your driver license is expired. I did show them the renewal letter from Service Ontario to which they said we don’t accept it and need some kind of green slip. When I asked to speak to the manager, both assistant manager “Harkamal Sraa” and branch manager “Paul Victor” were very rude. I applied for the line of credit with the scotia branch and today I went to pick up the card as an confirmation was received it is ready for pick up. I recently renewed the driver’s license and i did not received the hard copy yet but i received a confirmation from service ontario with valid information until the hard copy is received.
