Poor customer service, zero followup or updates provided by staff, no followthrough. It’s like no one knows what they’re doing at this branch!
Worst staff i have ever seen in my life. Someone please let them know they are there to serve us … and getting paid for that.. they are not doing favours on us I finally choose to close my account with them …. These people dont know hoe to look in the details of your account and sometimes they accidentally block your account so you get a reql hard time qnd they wont even know how to order deposits slips or any normal work they are just there to assume as if its a call center not a bank
I can see why this is a low rated bank. They make withdrawing and depositing funds more difficult than needed. They act like a small branch and have no reasonability processes.
