I had a very disappointing experience with Harleen Bhatia at Scotiabank. I visited the branch for a simple request, and her attitude was completely unprofessional. Instead of offering help, she acted as if she was above everyone else. When I politely asked to speak with the branch manager, she left for a moment and returned saying the manager had denied my request. Poor service even senior advisors don’t care . Tried calling them all most of them are away so who is going to help us over the phone , not everyone is able to come to the branch that’s so frustrating I will encourage not to go with this branch so careless and poor service .
The absolute lack of common sense by management can be observed at this branch by simply walking in and observing from behind the counter
Booked an appointment with a financial advisor to open RESP accounts for my children. The individual did not have the knowledge to assist and was messaging her manager for assistance while we were in my appointment. After a small discussion, the individual attempted to reschedule another appointment. They did not message or schedule anything. I had to go to another location. Horrible service. Please train your staff properly if they are dealing with accounts/ investments.
