A week ago, I visited this bank and Navdeep Singh helped me with portfolio, which hardly takes 5 minutes. I am very happy with the service and hoping the same assistance in future.
Despite the low overall rating, I had a great experience at this bank. Om assisted me and was genuinely helpful, polite, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made the process smooth. Staff like him truly make a difference.
My experience is same as all the comments says, bank employees are not helpful at all, incompetent, lack of knowledge, ignorant. Please avoid this bank. They are not trained properly for the working of bank, every employee lack in training. Ignore to help you by giving references of false policies which doesn’t exist.
