ATMs rarely work after hours. I end up having to visit a different bank and incurring fees because these ATMs are useless.
Great bank but on that day it was a bit hot inside but good service.

Never open Useless bank
Only had one teller available I had to wait over an hour to get a roll of coins almost ended up leaving without finishing what I needed to get done just because the lack of respect of customers time mind you there was only 3 people in front of me when I entered. uzma the customer experience lead asked what I was here for but only came out to help the staff when they absolutely needed something, and wouldn’t help customers on her own this was such a bad experience from me usually I have no issues with Scotiabank but this bran... read more
