Today was very important to me. I believe the officer was Katie? and one other lady that assisted her to deposit my coins, she quickly helped me pack them away and understood how urgent my situation was. I spoke to another lady who told me to come back tomorrow, I thought about canceling my account with Scotia at that point, but the outcome was beyond my satisfaction!
