How useless the people who are working there. I wanted to open a business bank account and they booked an appointment over the phone to give all the documents to a virtual assistant. After the submissions of the documents they will need me to go back to the branch to confirm my identity and collect the debit card. What waste of them while there is another branch that can open it in person without that back and forth insanity.
Went to this Scotia bank to deal with my loan not only was the guy I was interacting with professional and kind, but i witnessed a wonderful lady named Jen handled a difficult situation with such professionalism and grace. Truly a great team of professionals working at this establishment. All four of the workers I interacted with today uphold the highest standards and are truly a credit to to their profession.
Atm down half the time when you need it, multiple of 20 withdrawal which is quite annoying.
