Terrible branch and the entire bank as a whole. ATMs always down, inconsistent hours (they show up late, and go home early!), high fees, poor rates, and use1ess staff that tell you to call the number on the card. If you call customer service, you get transferred to an overseas call center and you'll be lucky if you get a rep without a heavy accent who will likely tell you to visit the branch. I came to the bank on the weekend because I needed to withdraw my own money, only to find that the machines had no cash available. People should be able to access their money when they need it—especially on weekends when the bank itself is closed. It is incredibly frustrating to make the trip expecting to be able to use an ATM and discover that the machines haven’t been stocked with enough cash. ATMs rarely work after hours. I end up having to visit a different bank and incurring fees because these ATMs are useless.
