Only had one teller available I had to wait over an hour to get a roll of coins almost ended up leaving without finishing what I needed to get done just because the lack of respect of customers time mind you there was only 3 people in front of me when I entered. uzma the customer experience lead asked what I was here for but only came out to help the staff when they absolutely needed something, and wouldn’t help customers on her own this was such a bad experience from me usually I have no issues with Scotiabank but this bran... read more
What bank opens at 9:30am 🤣 a lazy one. I’m seriously considering switching my banking provider I’m tired of Scotia’s antics
I LOVE the staff, lol. Not kidding. Everyone I have worked with both personal and business have been exceptional. I wouldn’t want to lose them in any way. It’s really nice to walk into a bank and the staff actually know your name and ask how the business is. These are my kind of people that make banking a very nice experience :)
The machines literally never work to withdrawal money. I can’t remember going there and actually being able to withdrawal money . Anytime I go it says it’s unavailable. Get it fixed. I’m very close to switching banks .
