Great branch! Great staff. They always take care of my needs and in a pleasant, timely manner.
Employees are really rude. I usually have a good experience at Scotia bank but this is first time i went to scotia bank I faced this kind of employee. I asked for bank statement one lady with glasses told me guys like you come daily for bank statements so we charge 10 dollars for that I means what is mean by guys like me I think she is racist. Secondly,i told her I don't have time to go to bank daily. I don't want to go there but other branch is far away from my house and this is on walking distance.
