Great customer service the best
I had to go to the scotiabank location on Lynden Rd in Brantford to change the PIN# on my card. It was done by a woman sitting near the entrance. This woman treated and looked at me with disdain. She had no pleasantries about her, no conversation what so ever. This is not how I want to be treated from an institute that holds my wealth. Going to your bank has been unpleasant for years. Customer service is not part of your objective.
I had to visit Scotia as there was problem with my card and I was really impressed with the customer service. It was quick - I didn't have to wait long at all. The staff were super friendly, polite and very helpful. They listened to my issue, explained everything clearly and got it sorted right away without any hassle. Makes banking so much easier when you get service like this. Highly recommend this branch!..
