We visited the Brantford Lynden Road branch today since my daughter was having issues with her card's PIN. The location is clean and well designed. All the staff were friendly and helpful. We received great customer service from the teller. Thank you!
Staff is not welcoming at all. The service is awful. Some front people are really friendly but today The lady working at the teller was a bit rude. Personally belonging to the same sector I expect better service. Not satisfied
Scotiabank is the worst to deal with. 2 calls to online banking, can’t get into mobile banking, can’t transfer via telephone banking. They say visit the branch. Who has time for this. All I need is them to help get my mobile banking access back. Emailed manager at this location several times no response. Do not deal with them!
