I find the staff are great. ABM's - seem you still have the same problem as years ago. Drive thru, last 5 times - can't withdraw. Go inside, one of the machines is down. I don't think the manager cares about these reviews otherwise we wouldn't still be having the same problems are reviews from a year ago and 4 years ago!!!!
Staff are awesome but I’d say 25% of the time the ATMs whether it’s inside or drive through just reject all bills on a deposit. Very frustrating
Scotiabank has been the worst banking experience I’ve had in Canada. My account was blocked twice without reason, forcing me to travel 500 km just to access my own money. Staff were rude, unhelpful, and treated me like a criminal instead of a customer. They are holding $2,000 of my hard-earned money with no explanation.
Me being a client with Scotiabank for over 5 years now I am absolutely disgusted and unsatisfied with they'res services I was approved for a line of credit which I have used for shy of a month now just to be told there was an error in the system and froze the card I am seriously considering switching banks as they were not willing to honor they're approval letter nor keep a satisfied client satisfied thanks Scotiabank for your not so great service
