Isn’t Scotia Canadian? Didn’t look like it.
I sent a wire to Mexico. A few days later I asked a bank employee to track the wire. He said he would phone me back. He has not done so. It was a large transaction so I am disappointed with the service here in Bowmanville..
Great branch they are open Monday to Saturday. Ever business has its days, the front tellers are amazing sometimes the system goes down and see people start complaining… not many branch’s have the branch manager come out in the lobby greet clients and if you needed to open an account and advisor would see you same day. They also celebrate holidays, including Remembrance Day. There is a saying a business can’t make everyone happy so focus on the ones you can 😀
I find this Bowmanville branch is quick to return emails and are friendly and genuinely care about their customers. I’ve had a great experience. Thank you for being so kind and understanding
Horrible service! Liars, tell you one thing and do another! 27 years with them 3 mortgages, car loans, and investments, reached out to the branch manager and no response so I have now decided to now take my business elsewhere!
