I’m so disappointed with Scotiabank in general. We had opened a chequing account here and everything went well. We also opened a mortgage account as well. When we called and asked if we could make this our home branch they said yes you could go to any branch to do this. We came here to make this location our home branch, the people here clearly said no you need to go to the branch closer to your house, keep in mind we live in Courtice and this branch is 5 minutes away and the Courtice branch is 10 minutes away.
