Not satisfied with the bank tellers and their manager. Had me waiting for like 15-20 minutes to tell me sorry come tomorrow. Very disappointed in their customer service
Very incompetent people sitting at the offices. Unbelievable
Aside from being the WORST bank in Canada… so far. The customer service is appalling. The manager at this particular branch is extremely rude and unprofessional. Just overall, I’ve been a customer for 15 years and now I’m currently closing my accounts and switching to another bank.
