We had a terrible experience at the East Gwillimbury Scotiabank. The financial advisor was dismissive, and we felt unwelcome for booking an online appointment to close an account even though our intent was noted. We were told to pay a full monthly fee, despite having paid one just four days earlier, and our request for a prorated fee was denied.
