Another brain-dead branch. Spent 30min in a line on a Saturday just to be told that they couldn’t activate my card, and I had to call via phone, despite specific instructions from their own financial advisor to come to the branch. At least it’s clean, but I would avoid coming here. Pretty useless.
Incompetent branch manager. Busy Saturday and skeleton staff. Took 45 minutes to do 1 simple transaction.
Today I felt very sad because I couldn’t activate my Tangerine bank card. I called, but it didn’t work, and I urgently needed money. I went to the bank and asked several people, but they all said they couldn’t help me. Even in that moment of disappointment, Homa came out of her office, asked what my card was, and when I told her, she spent a lot of time helping me and finally got it activated. Mona and another middle aged white woman were very unprofessional and rude. They refused to take cash in exchange for a bank draft and said to just go to td instead. After a long back and forth they finally agreed but had a lot of attitude in the process. Extremely unprofessional and rude. Would NOT recommend ever going to this branch.
The person work there her name Mona what ever her position she is not fit for this position at all she have an attitude she thing she know her job but my advise she is non of customer service she supposed to be out of this position and am telling every one do not chose this bank with all staff Rate them 0
