We had a terrible experience at the East Gwillimbury Scotiabank. The financial advisor was dismissive, and we felt unwelcome for booking an online appointment to close an account even though our intent was noted. We were told to pay a full monthly fee, despite having paid one just four days earlier, and our request for a prorated fee was denied. I had a very good experience at the branch this afternoon with Vinita and Narin for my business banking needs. I will come back later to move my personal bank to Scotiabank. Thanks again Vinita and Narin.
Very,very bad service Stay away from this branch they ask you your private question and they so rude. I'm customer with Scotiabank for 16 years!!!Never have an experience like that. Scotiabank is always care about the customer service
