Recently went in to remortgage home for some major renos….upon signing documents they didnt even tell us how much we are actually borrow or anything about insurance,payments,dates, nothing, just lost in space somewhere…..We had to bring it up….we ended up not getting exactly what we asked for in , a bit shy. But they offered us a huge credit card ,twice, pushing it hard . They cashed my post dated check and then tells me they can’t help me. It’s up to them to look at dates. It’s rent and it isn’t cheap. AND the phone number they have doesn’t work and the 1800 number doesn’t have anyone who works it know how to do anything. I’m going to be taking my business elsewhere and encourage others to do the same.
Worst bank ever I highly dont reccomend any one opening up a account through these clowns they will gouge you till your broke and wont work with you to help pay off your loans and accounts instead they will shut your account down and leave you hopeless
