Was not impressed with the poor service received from the teller. She came across as very rude. And I will not deal with her again, or go back to that location because of her.
If your a small business, needing to borrow….. Don’t go to this bank…… I have the income, I have the assets, yet even though I was approved it took them over a year to complete. It’s mind blowing how little they care???? Don’t get me wrong it got done and all was achieved….. 18 months later….. A 300% expansion and they just took their time knowing very well what had to be done…… They ruined my credit score as I made choices to keep expanding….. Today I went to the bank, I have fraud problems and I was served by a woman named Tannis and it was garbage service, horrible experience
Had a great experience here, very friendly and helpful.
Take your business anywhere else!! Been banking with this company for 10 years and they all of a sudden decide to lower by credit card without informing me. Very sneaky. Would never ever recommend this bank. Stay away!
