This institution has repeatedly held government cheque's, and that's illegal, not only that they held a certified cheque and when you try to get a bank manager they don't ever get back to you. Please shoo around for any other bank. I would have given minus stars if I could. DONT BANK HERE !!!
I have account their when I go in there to get stop payment for my account every month witch I pay for I was told they don't do that so now I have 500 in bounce fees because the bank attendance can't do their job

I understand locking the doors to keep the people from loitering or sleeping in the bank after hours, but maybe have key cards for those who need to use the atm at night like in Calgary or Edmonton. The drive thru atm touch screen sucks and barely works, and the atm rarely will take my cash, ends up spitting it out. This bank is in dire need of an update.
