Great service. I have been a Scotiabank customer for 40 years and this branch excels in both Friendliness and service. Their loans officer is excellent and extremely approachable and helpful. Great experience.
This place sucks
Great Service!
I went into this branch while on a trip to Medicine Hat with my daughter to get her a new bank card. I dealt with Pamela and she was absolutely amazing. Called my daughter by her preferred name, gave great advice and was so patient. I can't stand most of the tellers at the scotiabanks in Edmonton so it was so lovely to see a teller that was wonderful at her job and helped us with every little thing we needed.
