If your a small business, needing to borrow….. Don’t go to this bank…… I have the income, I have the assets, yet even though I was approved it took them over a year to complete. It’s mind blowing how little they care???? Don’t get me wrong it got done and all was achieved….. 18 months later….. A 300% expansion and they just took their time knowing very well what had to be done…… They ruined my credit score as I made choices to keep expanding….. Take your business anywhere else!! Been banking with this company for 10 years and they all of a sudden decide to lower by credit card without informing me. Very sneaky. Would never ever recommend this bank. Stay away!
We were helped by Pamela and she was extremely rude and disrespectful. I would not deal with her in the lines . If you see her as your helper it is better to just wait…
