Terrible experience. Called the day before to request an appointment. I was told I didn’t need one I could just walk in. I drove an hour just to go to the bank to open a checking account. I was advised when I got there I would have to wait until after three in the afternoon, mind you it was only 10 am ! I told them I was given information to just walk in and I had just driven an hour specifically to go to open an account at the bank.
Been with this bank almost 20 years. Love the beautiful decore and structure. Lighting is so calming. Never had a problem ever that couldn't be fixed. Staff is so friendly and familar. Ladies been there for many years. The manager mike is very nice also. Only thing is the hours. They need to open on Saturday like most banks. I relise there is one in the city open, although they all should open for 6 hours on Saturday woild be a huge help. Horrible service and lazy staff They will not be able to help to get CAD if you have USD. But Westmorland location can If you have adequate time, I strongly recommend to go the Westmorland branch which is so much better this disaster place
Absolutely terrible location. Slow staff who don’t care, lack of any speed, low staffing and experience very visible. Go to Rothesay location, extra 15 min drive however I’m sure you can get everything done there faster even with the drive time.
