Incredibly slow across multiple visits. Staff levels are low, zero urgency in moving people through. 20 mins in line, 3 people ahead of me and line hasn't moved with 3 tellers open.
They are told to only have one or two cashier's out when it's super busy and not to rush. Thank God I do not use them for anything
Massive line ups. No tellers to help. Workers sat in the back and looked at everybody in line.
ATM is available 6 AM to 12 Midnight.
Went there around 4 to get some cash and was directed towards the ABM. I told them I needed some rolls of coins, I was told they get done with cash at 3 pm while the bank closes at 5. Terrible service.
