I set an appointment there to open a savings account. I was met by Vizy, Senior Advisor @ the branch. She was very kind, professional and knowledgeable, a true asset for the branch I can clearly say. She answered all my questions and was pretty fast to deal with all requirements to open the account, also left the channel open for any questions I may have in the future. Honestly does not know how the rest of the team performs at the counter because I had almost no interaction with them, but my overall experience was very good... read more
Very clean and modern
J'ai effectué plusieurs déplacements vers cette agence et mes demandes ont toujours été traitées avec rapidité et efficacité.
Incredibly slow across multiple visits. Staff levels are low, zero urgency in moving people through. 20 mins in line, 3 people ahead of me and line hasn't moved with 3 tellers open.
They are told to only have one or two cashier's out when it's super busy and not to rush. Thank God I do not use them for anything
