Absolutely the worst banking institution in Canada; it should not take 7-10 business days to transfer funds to my account. Go into pay off a loan and they refuse to give back the difference in the cheque. Nope in this digital world we still have to wait 7-10 days to get your change! This place is a joke

Profiled and refused to give my indigenous mother her money in the form of cash and bank draft from her Scotia bank account. The male manager and his lady gooney refused to serve my mother due to her having a BC and Saskatchewan drivers licences, and a Scotia CC for ID. They told her she didn’t have enough ID and asked her what the money was going to be used for.
