Terrible branch for years. Manager insecure unhelpful, arrogant. Haylee is low low level, slow, not intelligent and loses customer. They need a shake up, new management but they can get employees and won't pay or let them do anything. Best avoid. Scotia is a mid level Canadian bank with issues but not bad but the branches are poor and smal towns near useless except for mundane cookie-cutter issues and always defer to the employee as boss not customer service, there one move is initial smile, then down hill. Haylee is absurd.

I left Scotiabank when I was in my early 20s , and I had a bank account since a young child there. So I decided when I moved to Bancroft that I would re-open hoping they're better but NOPE. So upon opening as I just moved to the area in 2019. So I explained that I get a cheque form as a pay and they were holding all my money for the first 3 months.
