I left Scotiabank when I was in my early 20s , and I had a bank account since a young child there. So I decided when I moved to Bancroft that I would re-open hoping they're better but NOPE. So upon opening as I just moved to the area in 2019. So I explained that I get a cheque form as a pay and they were holding all my money for the first 3 months. Terrible Branch. Unless you’re friends with the workers, being a Scotia bank client for 20 years and they don’t acknowledge or know me as a member. Sad!!!!! This is not a Scotia bank.
Absolutely impossible to try and get a hold of anyone. Horrible service. Do better.
