On 2nd March I talked with representative of Scotiabank regarding confusion about my credit card bill and she is not even able to solve my problem. Then I told her to transfer call to higher authority n she told me that supervisor will come in 2min.. that 2min didn’t came for next 15min.. during this time she mentally harassed me by telling me to do same calculations repeatedly ..
