The staff members are nice, but if you need to apply for a credit card (especially as a student) don’t do it at the Cold Lake branch. I have applied for the exact same card twice now, and both times no one had any idea where it went. It either got lost or they failed to input my information correctly. While on the phone with customer service to locate the card, the agent was still finding errors in how the branch submitted my details.
