Attempted to make a cash deposit at the ATM approximately 9pm Friday August 8, of 1000 in 20s the ATM refused some and so split the amounts up, it accepts the second batch and I then put in a third batch of the reminder of the 1000. It spits out 23 of the 20s and I put the remainder back in. A few moments later the ATM message says error with deposit, spits out my bank card and then a tiny slip with no information on it but the ATM Id# and sequence number. Impossible to get in touch with small business advisor, talk to a branch manager, or anyone except an automated call center with agents that basically just repeat your concern to you with different words and say no. The tellers are awesome and appear to be the only employees at the branch that actually do anything, however their abilities are limited.
It's bad you can't use the atms passed the teller times makes life difficult for people who work later or need to do banking. It's 2024 right!?
Business Advisors here are Not good. Don’t know what they’re doing and simple request takes weeks before they’ll get back to you. Nobody’s ever in office. App is horrible for businesses.
