Terrible hours. What are the odds that both banks I use (Scotiabank and BMO) are the only ones in Moose Jaw closed on Saturdays? Your hours absolutely suck. Most people work during your operating hours. It’s clear you only care about giving your own staff the weekend off while forcing your actual customers to take time off work just to do basic banking or having to go into Regina on the weekend. I went to get a new replacement of my debit card. Staff are really cool especially Carlin at front end really assisted me v well. The way her response and service are really outstanding. Thank you so much Carlin/Karlin. You’re the best.
I don't know it's bank itself or this specific branch. This is the worst experience I have even got from anywhere I have been. Lying on my face that they contacted me well all I received calls from fraud number in the evenings and night is it them? No No No. They didn't even acknowledged that they are fraud and they never contacted me just blaming everything on client, didn't even noted the numbers down to report fraud.
