Paid a vehicle out in full. Bank still took a full payment the next month. Just get told unfortunately there's nothing they can do and won't give my money back

I had an appointment they were supposed to call me today at 2 and they didn’t!
Booked 3 separate appointments, taken time off work to try and change an issue each time being told it’s taken care of only to find out it hasn’t been changed. Booked another appointment to open an account been told it can be done and they will call me to follow up then never called and won’t answer my call to a direct line and didn’t follow up on the voicemail I left.
