My card expired and the replacement one was sent to the wrong address. Called to get it re issued to my correct address. They said they can't and have to go into branch. The branch is only open mon-fri 9-4pm 3 days and 9-5pm 2days and not opened on weekends so me being an 8-5pm Mon-Friday worker have to take time off work just to go get a new debit card? Just send one in the mail to the correct address... ridiculous.
This bank is closed or closes early more often than its open, exterior abm doors seem to always be locked, interior abm is not accessible either. Terrible branch! Apparently us Moose Jaw Scotiabank clients aren't allowed to access our money, at this rate I'm going to be switching banks soon.
A big shout out goes to Corinne, Carolyn and Tina! These ladies are so kind, friendly and helpful every visit. They all deserve congrats for top notch service and raises too!
You swear they had a roundtable meeting about making sure tourist or map apps could never find this dump of a bank branch. Not a chance I walked into that thing after seeing all the homeless hovering around it like parasites.
