I don't know it's bank itself or this specific branch. This is the worst experience I have even got from anywhere I have been. Lying on my face that they contacted me well all I received calls from fraud number in the evenings and night is it them? No No No. They didn't even acknowledged that they are fraud and they never contacted me just blaming everything on client, didn't even noted the numbers down to report fraud. Bad customer service. They have no idea what they’re doing.
Paid a vehicle out in full. Bank still took a full payment the next month. Just get told unfortunately there's nothing they can do and won't give my money back
If only Scotiabank was open past 4PM. Or had a working ABM. At literally any location. Ever.
I had an appointment they were supposed to call me today at 2 and they didn’t!
