I had an appointment they were supposed to call me today at 2 and they didn’t!
Booked 3 separate appointments, taken time off work to try and change an issue each time being told it’s taken care of only to find out it hasn’t been changed. Booked another appointment to open an account been told it can be done and they will call me to follow up then never called and won’t answer my call to a direct line and didn’t follow up on the voicemail I left. Cannot access full service ATM here on weekends.
Couldn’t be more disappointed with their “mortgage specialist” and “small business specialist”. If zero was an option, they’d be getting that. They prob don’t even work there anymore as every time you go into this branch, they have different people in the roles. Brutal(Moose Jaw, Sk Branch)
For a bank to be closed with zero access to a ATM is ridiculous. Stuck in moose jaw unable to access my account and need a machine. Horrible situation made worse by a bank being incompetent
