For a bank to be closed with zero access to a ATM is ridiculous. Stuck in moose jaw unable to access my account and need a machine. Horrible situation made worse by a bank being incompetent

Went to take cash out for a marketplace pick -up at 2PM on a Sunday. Their outdoor ATM is MIA and the front doors are locked (can't even use the card to gain access)... at 2PM! What reputable business doesn't allow access in the middle of the afternoon?? On a different occasion, I went to the ATM to take out cash, I didn't realize I needed to unlock the access to take out a larger amount. So I went to the teller (stood inline for a while) only to be told that there is a service fee to take out my own money. What? I can avoid... read more
My card expired and the replacement one was sent to the wrong address. Called to get it re issued to my correct address. They said they can't and have to go into branch. The branch is only open mon-fri 9-4pm 3 days and 9-5pm 2days and not opened on weekends so me being an 8-5pm Mon-Friday worker have to take time off work just to go get a new debit card? Just send one in the mail to the correct address... ridiculous.
This bank is closed or closes early more often than its open, exterior abm doors seem to always be locked, interior abm is not accessible either. Terrible branch! Apparently us Moose Jaw Scotiabank clients aren't allowed to access our money, at this rate I'm going to be switching banks soon.
