I went into the bank today as my credit card had been compromised. Staff member Dani was so polite and accommodating. She rectified the problem and I was so grateful for her excellent customer service. The teller next to her named Ray, also helped me apply for a new type of credit card and supervisor, Chelsea helped as well! This was the most wonderful banking experience I’ve ever had! What a pleasure it was to walk into the bank today! Thank you !
