Usually I’m very happy with all the services at this bank. As of lately I am very disappointed. I have been waiting since last Thursday for a phone call (as I don’t always have a car to go there) to do some business via one of the ladies working there.
Agree with all the negative reviews here. So many negative reviews are here for a reason. Wish had read them before applying here. They harass you so much by wasting your time, not responding to your calls and emails (takes weeks to reply after leaving repetitive voicemails to them) and asking same documents again and again. Your case will move from one advisor to another and again no luck, same questions, same documents.
