they’re so unprofessional, went there to get cash , told me they need to verify i gave my license and they said they dont have that in there system.
worst bank i ever been to. manager needs to respect people’s time.
Terrible customer service
Drive thru has a metal bar hanging hitting everyone's car and damaging our personal property and no one cares , it's happened to me and scared me with the loud bang , I went inside the bank to let them know about the issue that's already a few days old and the lady doesn't even let me finish telling her about the issue and says we know about ! I asked not going to do anything about it ? She said we contacted a technician already! I hope this branch closes down ,their hours suck and they costumer care went down the drain !
