Beware I have been giving this bank many chances however today has made me make the decision to move my money. I used the bank machine and deposited cash. Part way thru taking the money it had an error and I had to hit continue. It just spit my card back out to me. When I went inside for them to figure out if money was trapped in the machine they basically told me I would have to wait until Monday because there is no one here with a key to open it. The people here are so helpful and willing to always help out. Recently moved to Barrie and they still help out no problem. They have found a good team that meshes well with the town. And I highly respect their willingness to always help out in a very effective and efficient way! Thank you so much for always being there over the years.
Very bad customer service
Hours are archaic. Close at 4 most days and no weekends. Not sure how people who work 9-5 are supposed to get service.
