By far the best experience I’ve had with Scotiabank. The associate that helped me out was Amanda and she was very knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. I had quite a few issues I needed help with but never once did the smile fall off her face. To say she went above and beyond is only the beginning. It being a busy lunch rush, the manager came through and checked on everyone In line before they got up to the counter. The hours for this bank are awful
One of the worst banks i've ever been with. You take the monthly fee ar the most random time whenever you feel like it and in the screwing people over for their bills and food. Not to mention you randomly shut down and people can't use anything
Wonderful Staff, I love this location of Scotia Bank. Christina has personally gone over and above to help not only myself, but also my 88 year old mother. Always with a smile and warm greeting and knowledgable advice. Everyone is always friendly and eager to help. I will always be a Scotia Bank customer.
Beware I have been giving this bank many chances however today has made me make the decision to move my money. I used the bank machine and deposited cash. Part way thru taking the money it had an error and I had to hit continue. It just spit my card back out to me. When I went inside for them to figure out if money was trapped in the machine they basically told me I would have to wait until Monday because there is no one here with a key to open it.
