Went today and they were closed from 11am till noon. No reason was give. Out side machine doesn't work properly. Inside one machine was out of cash. And when the close for the day they don't let anyone into building. Even if you wanna use the ATM you can't. Time to switch from this bank to one up the road.
Incredibly friendly and kind staff but they turned a 20 minute solution into a 4 week logistical nightmare… went somewhere else and had the issue resolved on the spot whereas this place didn’t get back to me for a month.
Disappointing experience at this Scotiabank branch. On March 25 at around 2:30 PM, I visited the branch to open a chequing account and get a debit card. The branch was completely empty, and two employees were available, but instead of assisting me, they seemed unsure who should help and eventually suggested booking an appointment for another day.
