Booked a phone appointment here after being told to by the general Scotia bank support. They had no clue how to answer my questions about my mortgage, and then when I asked who can actually help me they hung up on me. Don't use Scotia bank as soon as my mortgage is done with them never going to use them again Edit* they did call back but still no real info shared
We had an appointment scheduled at 11:00 AM to discuss a loan and credit application. Since I already bank with Scotiabank, I wanted to explore options with them first.
