I personally don't recommend anyone to use this branch as I experienced very bad experience. Manager:- Snehal Veyas is very rude to their customers and can't resolve minor issues instead call the cops.
Staff is good but the Manager "Snehal Veyas" is very unprofessional. I don't know how he got hired. He can't even handle a simple query by a customer.
Assistant Manager "Snehal Veyas" is soo rude and completely ignorant towards customers. Very unprofessional and pathetic service.
I visited the branch today to make a cash deposit. Although one of my $20 bills had a small rip, the serial number was clearly visible. The teller refused to accept the bill. I politely told them that was fine, but asked if they could provide a written reason for the denial, since the bill is legal tender and banks shouldn't refuse it. Instead, the branch manager, Snehal Vyas, stepped in and rudely ordered me to leave the branch or he would call the cops.
