We had an appointment scheduled at 11:00 AM to discuss a loan and credit application. Since I already bank with Scotiabank, I wanted to explore options with them first. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing and frustrating. The advisor, Rakesh Jay Patel, did not greet us or offer any form of courtesy. Has become a terrible bank. You can NEVER get ahold of anyone at the branch. The automated system just wastes your time and runs you around to the call centres. Don’t expect to get help.
Just walk away. Try another bank. Not worth it. Senior financial advisors are useless. Can't return emails, calls.
They keep changing all my accounts settings without me knowing. Each day is a new banking experience here cause my visa settings are always changing without my consent. When I go and address this customer service they won't do anything, just keeps telling me there are problem with the app. But I'm not using the app.
They don't make any effort to help me. I told the girl to call my contact in other bank she told me to go there .she wast my time and i didn't get the help I need.
