Horrible wait time on a Saturday. Waited 45 minutes in line
Horrible Bank, they cant resolve simple issues. Follow up is horrible. There is always an issue with simple to complex issues, and every time I visit there is at least one customer screaming at them.
Not a very good place to bank.. I went in for some help with an issue I was having no one wants to help.. TD next door on the other hand was very kind and dealt with my matters efficiently!! The manager didn’t even come over to talk to me to see what my concerns were , just kindly declined me. Definitely will be switching banks.
