Sent an email to my personal banker to ask a question regarding my account and the level of professionalism was very low. Very rude response.
Had issues with cc- failed the verification questions - told that I had to contact local branch and it would be cleared up right away- no way to contact anybody directly to do so- had to Google the branch managers contact to leave a message- still waiting! Incrediblly frustration when you are out of country and trying to make changes and pay for things with your card. This is a Scotiabank thing- next to impossible to talk to a person direct within the branch- time to move elsewhere I guess.
