Horrible machines. Half the time they never work and when they do they take the cash you're trying to deposit and error out, without returning the money.
Just like to say a big thank you to Qu*** who was very helpful with addressing an issue I have with my SLOC. He went to great lengths to help me solve my problem and explain the problem in a very clear manner. Great guy!!
I don’t even know where to start. Today at this location at 2:30ish pm the supervisor here older lady with glasses informed me a cheque that I have was expired as it was over 6 months and told me she cannot verify it as she has no phone number yet told me to just google the number to find it LOL like she couldn’t do that too, she clearly didn’t want to help me. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
This is the slowest moving bank in the history of banking. Strongly recommend to go to a better location even if you gotta drive a bit. Not worth waiting 30-45 mins in a line every single time.
