Why have ATMs separate from the teller area if you’re going to lock ALL THE DOORS! This ain’t the case anywhere else! The drive-thru ATM has been “unavailable” for the last 2 weeks too if I could give 0 stars for this location I would.
I have been a mortgage customer with this branch for 9 years now and I recently spent time renewing my financial options with Ajay Sharma, Senior Financial Officer. While my first few encounters seemed positive, I felt that I walked away with some diverse options to battle some of my debt. I concur with every single bad review here. I haven’t actively banked with Scotia in ++ years. I have over 50k+ in lending that I never use. I transferred all my accounts to RBC and Wealthsimple a while ago. I went in person to get both my credit cards renewed because they were expired. Don’t be fooled by a suit and tie. They don’t know what they’re doing from the bottom to the top. The teller told me my Visa card was activated and that my LOC had a number in the back to call to get a new one.
