I had a very disappointing experience with Christina, one of the bank tellers. She didn’t even greet us when we walked up — no “hello” or acknowledgment at all. From the beginning, her attitude was cold and unprofessional. We were there to address a serious banking issue, but she acted like it was no big deal and handled it with a dismissive attitude.
