Worst customer service at this branch. Shalini was the person I spoke to, and she doesn't know how to speak to a customer. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Doesn't know about bank, no knowledge on how to deal with a customer, then why to work here? I was very disappointed with my visit today to this branch. Please save your time and bank with other banks.

I had a terrible experience at this branch on December 28, 2024 around 3:20 PM. The teller, who said her name was Christina, was extremely unprofessional. First, she wasn’t wearing a name badge, which is odd since most banks ensure their staff are identifiable. I went to withdraw money and provided both my card and ID, but she took about 20 minutes to verify my information.
