Been here today. They have Security that can't confront anti maskers. They have staff that don't tell anti maskers to wear a mask.. the requirements to be exempt from wearing a mask is to be not able to move limbs... legal fact.. the whole religion...false...The manager can call police to remove the people from the bank but don't because of keeping the doller flowing ..but it caused this over 10 year client to pull his services from this location.. and will be looking for a location that is trained to call the police to remo... read more
I visited in branch on 21st June, 2025 at around 11:55 am. Unfortunately, my recent visit to this branch was disappointing. The staff at the counter were unhelpful and displayed an unwelcoming attitude. I expect better customer service from a financial institution that deals with people’s time and money. I hope management addresses these issues and provides proper training in customer relations. My account got locked because I didn’t answer a question properly on the phone because I couldn’t understand the guys accent and told me to go talk to someone else. I called again (for another hour) some girl named Max was one of the worst human beings to ever talk to and did not want to understand the situation I was in and basically told me to go away and talk to someone in person.
