Used the bank machine, it charged me 4.50 and I've been a customer for 14 years!!! Couldn't believe it!!! Acton Scotiabank!!!
I booked an appointment to open a business account. I waited a half hour into the 1 hour appointment time and the scotiabank person still wasn't available. So I gave up and left. This is a very poor way to treat prospective clients.
Thank you to Louis - Bank Manager - for helping me by providing great customer service with his commitment to excellence from all of the staff at this branch. Very informative and solid options I can use with future banking. I thought my transaction could be done by the teller so I didn’t have an appointment. He was gracious to help despite what appeared to be a busy time at the branch.
