Sharlena was so helpful, kind and professional.
No tellers at my branch anymore , so not happy with the service living close by
Pulled all of the tellers out of this branch. ATM and advisor service only. Tried to phone into the other branch to see if they had what I needed before driving across town, but you can't even phone and speak to a teller in branch. Scotiabank has thrown the concept of customer service to the wind and is leaning too heavy on online services. This is a good way to lose customers. We pay for service, not to fight to have to pull teeth to figure things out.
