For days of chasing them, I’ve been told by numerous agents at the experience department that I could get this hold policy lifted, I went in after telling them my situation and asking for day off, waited for awhile while observing how incompetent they are at the front desk. Ria the front desk manager assisted me with a trainee. I went to deposit my cheque for cash back limit increase or hold policy removed as noted by all the agents above.
