If I could put NO stars, I would. I have been a loyal Scotiabank customer for many years, but my experience at this particular branch has been extremely disappointing. The customer service is subpar, and the advisor lacked communication and failed to perform his duties effectively. Having recently relocated to Abbotsford, I was hoping to find a nearby branch for convenience. Doors locked over 45min before posted closing time tried getting there 3 times last time they told me to call help line...after being on the phone for an hr help line says have to go to branch I recommend cash
