I have been trying to find out more information about Valleyview alberta Scotia bank closing and moving to Grand Prairie. Now a 2 hour drive. I have no internet access where I live. This branch is never open, closing in May 2026. Assistance from Grand Prairie branch is useless. Know one knows if there will be a ATM machine in Valleyview. I have been a good customer for decades. Not a good place. I enjoy banking with Scotia, but not this branch . Bank won't accept CANADIAN ONE DOLLAR COINS. Store's accept them.

There manager is racist against white people and they hold your money hostage after being a client for 10 years
The manager does not do anything in a timely manner. It's been several days with no response from her. The receptionists are rude. I resent being a customer through this bank
