Got a new debit card and it doesn't work
I live an hour from the branch and when I have a banking issue that needs an immediate response, I call the branch. Lately, all I get is voicemail. Sometimes that is adequate, however, two hours and still no reply to my message is not adequate. I’m sure your suggestion would be to call the central call center. I have done that for two days now and all I get is contradictory responses and nothing but total frustration!!
