Unable to get through to anyone at branch or contact centre whichwas at least 30 minute wait
They open at 930 am but they can't help me until 1030 am., what a joke . My day doesn't start at 1030 If you are open you should be able to serve customers. I can't wait until my mortgage is done here so I can run far away from this bank
I went to my local branch to purchase some US funds for an upcoming trip. It was 10 AM when I went in and was told that it is "techincal hour" and that a teller cannot assist me until 10:30 AM. Both tellers that were their to "help" at the bank machine or with online banking were doing nothing but standing there to "greet" people as they walk in .... only to tell them that if you require teller services you have to come back at 10:30 and that they can only assist at the bank machine or with online banking.
