What kind of bank closes on a busy Black Friday I even called the bank about a deposit question saying I’d be in later today to make this important deposit and that didn’t even tell me they would be closed by then. Definitely thinking of switching banks.

Added my wife to my existing checking account and ordered a supplementary credit card. She has been trying for 3 weeks to add the visa to her apple pay. Mostly getting the run around, but one did say the system is down. So to prove that wrong I added her new card to my phone tpday, but my wife still can't. Walt must be proud of this mickey mouse bank. Time to move the business and personal accounts.
Would prefer 0 stars. Terrible customer service. Even with a signed agreement, they will just take money from your account. Expect no help. I would suggest a different financial institution.
