Closing at 3 as a bank is a crime and make sure when you get an account here you ask for the fine print. I’ve been repeatedly charged on a student account and live out of town so I haven’t been able to come in. With this the charges I have never been consulted about are not getting refunded. I don’t think there’s very much to say but I just wanna say I was so overwhelmed with the amazing service that they provided me it was quick and they were so inviting as soon as I walked in! Absolutely love banking with them I have never had any problems with their service or with being charged random things to my account I have however had bad encounters with CIBC. So for anyone who is in CIBC and has the same problem I suggest maybe switch over to Scotiabank because I have also had family who have switched over to Scotiaba... read more
